[Suggestion] Change to rule 3.20

I think the change of this rule will safe alot of players from breaking the rules. We have seen some players seen getting warned for leaving while blackscreened after breaking a rule. I think that if this will be added staff have more time to talk with that player and if the player got raided this will make sure the raiders have enough time to still recieve the loot.

Honestly I always thought you could leave during black screen, I have done this many, many times...
Anyway I support your rule edit because if you have to wait for staff to respond it can take 2 hours and what's the point in staying online if you don't contribute to roleplay at all while blackscreened?
I would rather see like a 2.5 minute wait time since black screen to give staff time to do whatever they want to do.
