Teleported when dragged suspect gets eaten by sea monster

Type of bug: lua? idk

Description of the bug: Mayor wanted to kill himself, we got ahold of him in the water at docks. Started dragging him, and he got eaten by the sea monster and I got tp'd to city hall.

How to reproduce the bug: Drag someone in the water at docks and have the sea monster eat them?

I believe when looking at my screenshot I made after returning, there might be 2 bodies... It could be that I got killed aswell but just instantly respawned.. https://gyazo.com/1ec873dda6dafae07aba9ae2f0616e8f

The sea monster teleporting people back to spawn isn't something new and has been a thing for as long as I can remember. You either die to it or you get TPd so I'm not sure if it has something to do with you dragging the mayor.
