Suggestion Title: The electric cars startup sound
Suggestion Description: So the teslas startup sound is a digital sound, but the nissan leaf starts up with a petrol engine sound. As well, when the cars are damaged, they make sounds of a petrol engine on startup.

- Setting the electric cars startup sound to be the same as the tesla.

- Setting the electric cars failed-to-start sound to some digital beeps other that them starting up.

Why should this be added?:
- Adds realism, as electric cars don't usually sound like petrol engines

What negatives could this have?:
- I dont know if its possible to implement in TDM
- Some work
- None regarding the actual feature

Actually, the electric cars use fuel! they use a small amount, but the tank can eventually be emptied!

I don't believe that is the case, you lose 5% of fuel per tier 1 so theoretically you could run out after 20 tiers. I tried experimenting with my Tesla to see what happens when you hit 0% fuel but @Dave decided to be a helpful git and fueled up my car when it was at 45%.

Well the facts are, you can refuel the car paying money, so i guess you could theoretically get your car to run out of electric fuel.
