Yes to be honest you just admitted to a crime and can be put in jail in-game.
If you would've actually read about before posting it you could've seen it follows the same rules as advert and basically is your organization front page, it would've been closed by the government and you would've been put under detainment by LEO's for further investigation.
Enjoy being in a cell under police supervision in game.
EDIT: Fuck my life he removed the illegal activities, now I need to find a new way to put him in jail.
