1. Once you receive a tour of the property and we come to an arrangement, all further payments are to be paid electronically, and our representatives will not enter your property at any time. Shall you need to contact our representative, he will provide you with his number to call or text the names of your roommates so they may be shipped a key.
2. Rent is paid by the hour, you will pay in advance for how many hours you wish to rent the property for.
3. Locks are unique - the only people who will have access to your property is you, and the people you want to have keys. One representative only owns one property at a time, ensuring keys are not shared among people you don't know.
4. Safety - the representative won't get himself in any legal trouble which might cause you problems down the road, we guarantee this.
