Brief description of idea: Giving trunk access to partners assigned in the same unit

What benefits would this idea have for the department:
Allows corporals+ to share trunk access so less IA's about not having partner trunk access

What potential negatives could this have for the department:
Lower ranked officers might try and steal the stuff in the trunk

Other additions:
N/A

Because as a Corporal+ our shotguns must be in our trunk unless being used, people make petty IA's even if they just get a glimpse of it being illegally transported and is usually because the officer doesn't have trunk access

Just want to say that this is a very good idea and I would love for it to be added. But one thing is that if a CPL+ gets an IA because they have a shotgun on them due to them not having trunk access then it's their fault as they are the ones not putting it back in the armory or switching partner and instead decide to go carry it around on their back and break policy.

Whilst we see where you're coming from, it shouldn't be too difficult to add someone to your buddies in order to give them trunk access. There's a lot that needs developing for the community, and I just can't see this being needed right now. We'll revisit this in the future and see if we feel it'll be needed then.
