Description of the bug: So basically, first off wrenches, seeds, drugs, and maybe some other stuff don't stack in trunks, 2nd off if you have 500 drugs but your trunk can only handle 400 it won't let you store 400 unless you have 400 only on you otherwise it won't let you put any in which I think is a bug because if you have 500 and it handles 400 should take what it can and leave the rest but it doesn't let you put it in.

The drugs part is prob when you try drag and drop, if the total amount of the drag and drop doesn't fit, it won't put any of those in, I don't think that's a bug.

You're probably hitting the weight limit.

1) Wrenches, seeds and drugs can be stacked in trunks, so there is no issue there. You probably hit the weight limit.

2) The drag and drop way only works if you have exactly or less than the max stack limit, this is per design and not a bug. If you have 500 drugs in your inventory, you will need to use right mouse click to store them. This will allow you to transfer 5 at a time.

There is no issue here.
