Suggestion Title: TV in jail.
Suggestion Description: Add a TV in prison that allows anyone to change the video link to.

Why should this be added?:
- Jail is less tedious.
- Human rights.
- Funny
- Streamers in jail can keep people entertained with funny vidya.

What negatives could this have?:
- Going into the cells and seeing someones skibidi toilet loop from the last jail occupant.
- Jail might be less of a punishment.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Human rights violations.

TBH everyone leaves after being in jail so with this update it will keep people entertained on perpheads.

Only if the person who jails you gets to choose what video you are forced to watch for the next ten minutes

The server rolls a coin, 50/50, either it's prisoner video of choice or cops video of choice. Both people get a prompt (for cops inserted through the prosecuting tab) for the prisoner is when they enter the prosecuting area for longer than 10 seconds.
