Main Idea: Being Able to fix tyres with a kit.

Full description of the idea: instead of going to the npc to fix em, make it cost the same price which is 1k and being able to buy it from rc station/uncle cos.

Why should it be added?: to make it easier to fix tyres and faster.

Pros: something new/helps alot.

Cons: Cant see any cons

Con: Cops spike billy ray's little shoe box car, he hops out, slaps a bandage on his tires and is on his merry way. It's RC fixing their engine all over again.
Could just add a time limit like repairing your engine manually has, though.

Make them temporary tires that have like 2hp, physically distinguishable from regular tires and only last for like a few miles driving. No point in having a tire repair NPC if people are just going to repair there tires on the spot with full fresh tires. It will give you something to safely drive your car to get the tires repaired. Also maybe a section 12 law could be implemented to make using temporary tires for anything other than driving to get your car tires repaired illegal?

When we had a rental car in california and we drove over a bolt that punctured and lodged in our tire, some repair workers put an inflatable thing inside our tire so my dad could drive it to get the tire replaced.
