Why Should This Player Be Punished: RDM

This happened at 0:55 CEST, i asked in OOC why i was killed but obviously nobody responded and no staff is on at night. I was having a bit of banter with a sweatervest then somebody from behind or something killed me and finished me off for whatever reason. All of this happened in front of the bank NPC's as shown on the video. I was just re spawned from another death so i can't think of a reason for this.

I doubt very much he had any reasoning behind shooting and killing you, and either way the method he used and area etc. still means its a rule break, however just in case I will give him until the end of today to reply to this with some sort of reason, even if its an invalid one.

Its clear he isn't planning on replying to this. arno1d will be punished for blatant RDM, and this will be recorded on his current permanent ban to be used for future reference.
