Suggestion Title: Unlimited timer or significantly longer time on Chop Shop
Suggestion Description: At the moment if you get unlucky and your chop shop car spawns next to a police situation, If the police situation lasts long enough(or things just keep on happening) you will fail the mission just because you didn't even have a chance to take it. It doesn't really make sense to just try to steal the car right in front of cops cause you'll be held at gunpoint and arrested instantly. Cops if they want to make someone fail all they really have to do is sit next to the car until it disappears.
Why should this be added?:
- More fair than having multiple chances at doing chop shop, you just have a large window of opportunity once.
- It'll be harder for cops to arrest people doing chop shop.
What negatives could this have?:
- They have to change the amount of time you have to complete the mission.
- It'll be harder for cops to arrest people doing chop shop.
