PENAL CODE UPDATE
The following changes have been made
General: Changed/tweaked wording, clarity
3.9 Punishments- Made capital punishment illegal
3.11 Secret Service Agents- new addition, defines the powers that secret service agents have.
4.3 Exemption from Law- updated, changed it so that all emergency service workers can be exempt from laws not just LEOs.
6.10 Obstruction of Emergency Services- new addition, makes obstructing any member of the emergency services an offence.
