Why were you punished?: I was in jail and someone was being racist against the police officer who arrested him. Because I didn't like what he was saying I replied and was insulting him.

Why should this appeal be considered?: As i feel i didnt say anything offensive but was responding while trying to reach a guard to someone being severely offensive, but i do apologise for responding in any way and will not happen again. I must've said something i shouldn't but it was nothing offensive or prejudiced. I realise i should not of retaliated but it did annoy me, i do apologise and if i knew i would of been muted for retaliating i wouldn't of. I would like for it to be considered for me to get my game chat access back.

Thanks for replying, yeah I'm not banned but I'm muted by staff so I cant use voice chat. Wondering if its temporary and if i can get unmuted?
