Why were you punished?: 3.4 in response to a situation regarding you repeatedly hitting another individual who had a firearm pointed, instead of stopping, you continued to hit him, this had resulted in your death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: This player decided to get into the back of my van when I was delivering parcels. He was pushing me in my van and not letting me out. He continued to do so for about 3 minutes and I was considering making an F6. I warned him many times and he still did not let me out.
I then did loose my call and started punching him after numerous warnings. I understand he had a weapon out but I was so irritated that I continued for a little longer than I should have. The other player has been banned and I understand that I broke a rule that I shouldn't have done and understand that it is not justified just because other players break rules.
I have not received any warns prior to this and I am fairly fresh to the server and in no way do I intend to be a bad player on this server and I sincerely apologise for my actions.
