Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to follow direct orders under gunpoint.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i dispute this because in my opinion i had a very good chance to get away which i did. i feel like i was closer to cover then to the person holding me gunpoint which would make oppertunity to get away. i really apriciate goonsberg explaining it to me and i do have to say from the other guy his pov it looks a bit more like 3.4 (i will put in additional info) but i do dissagree with him which led me making this dispute. i feel like this isnt a clear 3.4 and if it would be 3.4 it would be in a grey space between 3.4 and not being 3.4 im trying to keep my record as clean as possible. i dident have anything to lose either if they would decide to mug me since i had 6k and 2 lye so i wouldent have any motive to break the rules either. thanks for taking into consideration!

i wanna add when i closed and locked the door on my pov he was still standing way back from the door way which if i dident instantly would run away he would get closer to me which would make it 3.4 but on his pov he was some what close already

Without evidence from your side I have taken into account the evidence from the reporter and I can quite clearly see they had every chance to gun you down yet you tried running away and closing the door on them, you unnecessarily risked it at a time which you barely had got away and had they not tried to continue giving you a chance you wouldn't of gotten away. Clear 3.4 violation here.
