Why were you punished?: 5.6 - User attempted to raid the same property within an hour.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The definition of a raid is "Raid: Trespassing on or attempting to break into an occupied property with the intention of stealing from it or its occupants or killing the players inside.".
None of these conditions was met. I was sneaking up to the door and Headline was pointing a gun at me, meaning I have to shoot him to not break 3.4, but I was already dead before my gun was up. And I was dead way before if you take desync into account. Would I have shot him if I could? Yes, but I didn't even have time to get my gun up before I was dead so there was no attempt.
He claims it counted as a raid because "it was obvious I was going to raid" or something like that. And because my mates who were not even there started a raid AFTER I was dead. You don't have any responsibility for things that happens after you're dead, that wouldn't make any sense.
His words were "You are with the group, you tried raiding, died, your group carried on and died, therefore you're on timer". My group was not there, therefore I'm not with them. I didn't attempt to raid because it never got to that. My friends started a raid after I was dead, which of course doesn't count.
