Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot a player in spawn who they had raided in office despite the user being a fair distance away and showing no intentions in getting involved / watching the raid that was still on-going
Why should this appeal be considered?: After raiding office 6, killing every defender we had to deal with flankers who were with the guys we raided, after killing the flankers we had to deal with NLR breakers who were blatantly spectating us/shooting us from spawn. We fired warning shots towards everyone that came close to office or was spectating from spawn, some of them ignored the warnings like idiots some did actually run away.
The last person I kill in this situation is the one who reported me. JJB claimed multiple times in the report that he had just respawned and was afk, even tho on my POV he most definetly was not afk, and was also on his phone (teamspeak specifically which can be seen in the evidence too) which means there is no way he had just respawned. Bear in mind I have already fired warning shots towards this guy who seemed to not even have NLR since he got really close to office, I can't find when or how he died in the situation so I don't know if he even died. But anyways while transporting drugs the guys who respawned were watching us and while doing a last check to see if we stored everything one of them started sniping us with a m24 from spawn and killed mage, then I got in a gunfight with him and started pushing him. While fighting him I was completely aware of others around me including Ryan Westcoast and I saw him move and turn around so I knew he wasn't afk. Ryan was unfazed by the gunshots and made 0 attempt to run away/get into cover to preserve his life and kept standing there watching me whilst on teamspeak so I killed him.

Additional Information: I don't blame JJB since it happened in the middle of the night but he should investigate more before handing out a punishment next time
