Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.5 - Shot another player over a previous interaction, despite having been informed that the player had since passed away.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i was talking to a gentleman and i accidentally hit into his car ( very softly and tried to stop myself ) then he pulled out a gun and mag dumped my car to which i then proceeded to run away. i did not know about his death in game as for the information to be valid i had to be in character which i was not. i then proceeded to find him and i killed him then died. i was then reported in f6 for killing him then i received a warning

You were seemingly told in the report that he had died, you were told OOC and if you knew this (which you should've read more properly), you also stated you had no intention to kill them in the same report, but you did anyways even after being told the user had died, so this was deemed against the rules.
