Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I was counter raiding i killed someone in staircase, then i ran back up stairs as cops were coming in i go in regals 3 witch i own and then wait 2 minutes and i shoot at cops in the parcking lot because they were taking dna on the guy in the stairs that i killed, i think its justificable as i was doing a raid and i had killed someone already, thank you
