Why were you punished?: 3.4- User had pulled a gun whilst having a firearm pointed at him, with no cover nearby to cover him from shots had his assailant attempted to shoot.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was just looking for some properties to raid. But as i passed subs 3 i saw a guy with a gun on his back , as soon as i approched , he pulled out his firearm , and as i stepped closer to him he pointed it at me. He did not issue any verbal commands and was just standing still pointing a gun at me so i run away and at a good distance i shot him.

You attempted to run away less than a second after he pointed the gun at you. The user may have tried to issue commands through text chat, or maybe even through voice with a bit of delay, but you gave him no time.
