Why were you punished?: 3.4 - While using Bobby Pins, to break out a friend. The player attempted to pull out a weapon while still using his bobby pin and failed to comply under gun point.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was attempting to break out my friend of cuffs. The admin claimed that I had enough time to comply to gunpoint when breaking the user out as my gun wasnt tehnically drawn and I was still breaking him out. While I agree with that statement, when looking at my provided clip you can see that the tfu was asking me to put my hands up while his gun was also still in safe mode(not drawn) at around 0:19-0:20 you can see that. When the officer drew his gun, my gun was fully drawn too.
