Why should this appeal be considered?: I feel as per the rule I was unable to watch over the weapons and they was at risk of being stolen which meant as stated in 3.17 we was able to confiscate the weapons. Furthermore the situation occurred in office 6 which was clear we wasn’t aware of anybody hiding in 5 and we had no reasonable suspicion to know anybody was in there. I just feel this is very unreasonable as all that was said in the report was did you confiscate. Not asking for any justification.

So, why were the weapons at risk of being stolen/you couldn't watch over them if office 6 was clear and you were not aware of anybody hiding in the vicinity?

I had to clear the rest of the office and couldnt watch over it, so therefore I feel this is unjustified but the rule is if you cant watch over an item is unable to be watched it is to be confiscated.

After looking over your evidence, we've choosen to deny the dispute given the following:

@Jacko Mentions at 2:50ish that there's someone in the vents, knowingly assuming that the building isn't clear yet and it wouldn't be clear to confiscate any firearms yet.

To further emphasize this situation, at 3:35 there is an audible gunshot from a M14 further demonstrating that the scene was in fact not clear at all to which confiscating continues ensuing.

You could hear someone in the vents of this building and instead of clearing it fully, you instead disregarded this fact and proceeded with confiscating the items, thus breaking the rule.

Although I can understand your point in confiscating, this shouldn't be done rule wise if at least the building hasn't been cleared yet.
