Why were you punished?: 3.4
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hostage situation involving my friend, active gunshots going down and I knew the person who I killed was involved and I informed the police about it hence why the police man was there talking to him, killed him out of defence of another person and if I didn't do so could actually risk my life, my friends, multiple other officers as well as my weed which I later harvested, safely. As you can see there was no other cops visible outside of the property which I presumed many were either dead, dying or going to be dead if I don't kill that guy.
Additional Information: Guy who gave me a warning didn't even hear me out or ask for a clip or anything of the sorts and every time I tried to explain and ask for the actual 3.4 reason I was ignored and given the "make an appeal" then threatened me with a 1.6 cause he clearly did not want to discuss this.
