Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot someone in sewers when they had their gun in passive stance.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Me and my friends were down in the sewers protecting drugs after we raided it. Then later we get attacked. I shot the man running and apparently this isnt allowed. even though he had a gun. I have no idea what I was meant to do? Like what is this warning for? Am I meant to just allow the person to come in and headtap me? In addition, these people were not punished even though i had my gun in passive. https://streamable.com/u7cg1f. I believe the warning should be removed as the person running at me had a gun and posed threat to my life enough for my to shoot them
