Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled out a gun while under gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: 1. It was basically impossible to know he was there. I don't think anyone I've shown the clip to even saw him.
2. His mic cut out 2 times. First he said "tsup" then he said "put your hands..."
3. His mic was very low which made it sound like he was inside (which is what I thought he was). And to be fair for someone who is focused it wasn't easy to understand INSTANTLY what he was saying. Especially considering I was listening for incoming radio calls on the situation.
4. This was obviously not on purpose and I would never break 3.4 on purpose no matter what.
5. I think this should've been a verbal warning at best, not an actual warning.
6. There was an ongoing PD raid so I was dialed in on that as well as parking my car
7. Possible 3.3 on his side from jumping from that height, that would be your call.
8. The guy who killed me is the guy who gave me the warning, which could indicate that he was very biased.
9. I didn't get a real chance to respond to the report in the report after I was informed that I was receiving a warning, it was shortly closed after he informed me of that.
10. He blended into the background before he jumped down making it nearly impossible to see for someone who is focused on his car and reversing.
11. I didn't pull my gun at him, I pulled it in general because of the PD raid. You can tell I was surprised.
Additional Information: I never break 3.4 or any rules on purpose, which is why I can't remember even having a 3.4 report on me ever, or at least since I basically was a new player and even then I don't think I did that.
