Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User attempted to initiate a mug on someone with a firearm out, resulting in a gunfight.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I went to mug someone at the highway under the bridge who had a firearm out. When I initiated the mug they were speaking to the NPC so when I gunpointed them, I actually didn't see the gun at first. The user then took their weapon from their side after they heard me attempt to mug them and this resulted in a gunfight and eventually their death.
I do not think I breached 3.4, not only did I already have them under gunpoint but they weren't even looking at me when I did GP them. They was speaking to the NPC and took their gun from passive and started shooting at me, so they actually broke 3.4 here, in my opinion of course.
