Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User stalled heavily under gun-point, eventually trying to walk away resulting in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Argument : First of all I did not stall. I was arguing because this is the second time within 3 minutes that I've been held at gunpoint for doing quite literally. Nothing. I said I'm going to report that and *walked* away 4 feet. That would of never resulted in my death if the police officer actually knew what they were doing as I have read the handbook and was aware you can't just get gunned down for simply walking or even running 4 feet.
Reason One: Regarding my clean record for no previous 3.4 breaks and large amount of playtime, I feel like I do not deserve to be warned for trying to benefit the community by handling a rogue cop who looked like they were just gunpointing people by bazzar just to confiscate their weapons for a cheap way to get free money.
Main Point; You can't shoot unarmed people to death for simply walking away. My only reason for ever even walking away wasn't to purposely break 3.4 but so I can simply make a report away from the situation. Otherwise I would've full sprinted away knowing that walking is considered a "immediate threat to life". As according to the police handbook that would of been the only reason for that officer to gun me down.

But you can still see whenever I use my microphone at the top of the screen.
Not even 20 seconds after I bought that Berreta M9 I was gunned down before I could even store it in my car.
