Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't believe i broke 3.4 because i was inside veikko and not peeking over the fence. I believe it was against 2.5 to finish Rosan in these circumstances. This was the exact reason for my warn 3.4 - User was stood watching a shootout at Projex/Harbour lane from Veikko, despite shots being fired from the walkway they persisted in staying & made no attempt to value their life in this situation. // Accepted AR: https://perpheads.com/threads/action-request-idk.68248/
