I have just looked into this and do not understand where this is from?
I checked yesterday and it was not there which is why I argued I had no previous 3.4 breaks.

This was 2 years ago and was issued by a staff member who has since resigned. If you weren't able to see it before, it is likely that you just weren't logged into SCAMBans, as warnings are hidden after some time. You've probably just forgotten the situation on account of it being more than 2 years ago.

I am afraid it is much too late for us to do anything about this.
