Description of the Bug: ScamBans theme resetting
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Go to scambans
2. Click darkly mode
3. Close Chrome
4. Open again and it will return to the light mode

Errors: Theme resetting back to light (I did reset my cookies + chrome settings and it still happened)
