In case of a rule breach during roleplay, the police can intervene before involving administrators through F6

It wasnt always against the rules so probably just a remnant from the past. But as said above can still allow police to intervene.

As said above it would give police ability to lawfully intervene and use force. Serious Roleplay has to take certain rule breaks into account as criminal acts too as to allow in character resolution in the absence of a moderators slay tool.
