I find that the accused has broken the following rules:
  • 2.1 - Driving away from a ticket - William pulls up alongside cops so that his passenger can heckle the mayor. He's essentially baiting us by doing so with a gun on his back. I remark their lack of headlights, and upon noticing the firearm, I demand that they stop. Cooperative individuals either have the firearm confiscated, or are told to store it - both incurring a small penalty fee. The traffic violation only goes the same way. As WillyV has already said, there's NO way from at least his impressions at that time that he would have known any different!

He was asked to stop the car and demonstrate compliance, no aggression was demonstrated until they failed to cooperate.
  • 3.4 - Ditto - He risks his freedom from imprisonment by doing so in an area which can easily be contained. It's not long before he's caught doing the same thing again in another vehicle.
  • 3.4 - Approaching roadblock after being shot at by police.
If one thing good has came from all this, it's that we now know that WillyV is our Community Rambo. Congratulations Willy.

  • 3.19 - Lack of chance of escape.
They're in the city. I proved how easy it was to prevent their escape. There were also multiple officers next to him at the time, and what's that building in the background?

Oh yeah. That minor insignificant place which would imaginably have an impressive police presence.
  • Can I just clarify once more.
  • ALL OVER A TICKET, AND AT VERY FFFFING MOST, A SHORT JAIL SENTENCE.
  • Had WillyV been identified fully later on rather than as a separate person having committed separate offenses, he'd be going down for 5-6 years.

+Support,
User has ran away from a small ticket which then probably turned into a jail sentence.

Good luck.

From looking at the video Chris provided I can see from Chirs' perspective that the weapons bayonet was clearly visible. He had the right to take his gun and have it on passive because of this. I don't know why you were there in the first place because you just drove off as soon as he gun pointed you.

3.4 - This rule is specifically relevant to the violation of any In-Character law, meaning that murders, thefts, etc, are all expected to be conducted realistically. You failed to cooperate with police officers unrealistically in a way that it put your freedom of imprisonment at risk. He had asked you to exit the vehicle for failing to have your headlights on and having a weapon on your person. Driving off for a ticket just because you didn't want to loose your weapon is a breach of 3.4. Chris has seen your face clearly thanks to the emergency lights in front of you. So by driving to the car garage and getting a new vehicle to drive to the intersection near the police station is still 3.4 new car or not.

2.1 - It is also to my own discretion that you did act unrealistically. You had no reason to come over to an officer without headlights on and a weapon on your back just to stay parked there. This was in my own opinion incredibly unrealistic. You should know better than this.

Because of your vast amount of bans and warnings I will be giving you a ban of 6 months.
