So far this is work in progress, the formatting has not been done and shall not begin until I have finished with the info. By the end of it, this will look like the other Officer handbook.

If anyone has any ideas say below and upon arriving home I will review and Implement these. Furthermore, if anyone wants to make photos for this post them below. All contributions of significance will be credited.

I would definitely add part abou emergency driving and that misusing the lights to run red lights is prohibited. I often see SS run lights (not only) when the mayor raised taxes to 25%, but there is no present danger.

Yeah, but its literally in the SS Handbook, so they it have right infront of them.

Honestly.. I don't see this as an issue when they're travelling from point A to point B. But it should be done safely and officers should be informed so they can aid in the escort (Block off intersection and stop traffic).

There doesn't need to be present danger for it to be a code 3 escort. That's kind of the point - To be preventative, before there is danger.

It's commonly done all around the world.

A completely different topic is the SS doing loops around Paralake, going through every turn whilst breaking every traffic law imaginable
