Workbench placement error

Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: I have had multiple reports recently with people unable to place workbenches. The issue occurs randomly and when trying to place the workbench in the highlighted spot it says "Not near a valid placement position or something.". It doesn't matter what distance you are or where you place it, the property doesn't allow it and you have to purchase a new one.

How to reproduce the Bug: Try placing a workbench in Bazaar shops or some business shops and it will probably happen.

I could not reproduce this at all. I think people were just inside the workbench position when trying to place it, at which point it gives exactly that error message.

I believe it only happens sometimes. I tried placing a workbench down as well for another player when they gave me access to the property and so did @SamSN and both of us couldn't fix the issue without referring them to another property.

this bug is still true, I have just tried to place a workbench in Moron's Shipping Co, as has @Bojing and another player, and it doesn't work at all; neither with the Chemical table nor Workbench

Forgot about this but I have also dealt with a few reports recently with this and they just have to buy new properties until one works.

Fredy did some research and it turns out the physics model of the workbench is fucked, This causes the error that there is no valid spots available. We are working on a solution. I will update this post when it goes live
