Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was mugging him, no admins was online at that time, he ran away from gunpoint what is risking his life instead of giving me his money food etc also to run away from me he ran across the trancition, i don't ahve a screenshot of that however.

Sorry, but all that screenshot is showing, is you breaking 3.24 and 5.1 and possibly 5.2
You told him to "withdraw" after he mentioned his money was in the bank = 5.2
You said he was breaking rule 3.4 in IC chat = 3.24
The area is in the view of the public, and surrounded by NPCs = 5.1

Please provide a demo of the incident, and try working on an apology for breaking 5.2, 3.24 and 5.1 before it's too late.

I think you deserve punishment more than him really. I still think the guy you mugged should get a talking to, but you broke 3.24 and 5.1 as Niko mentioned. Also, please follow the format, it's right there man.

Okay! You've really shot yourself in the foot posting this BR, sure, Yassen needs to be talked to but you on the other hand actually need a punishment, let's go through the rules you broke.

5.1 Mugging- Players are not allowed to mug more than 3 times in any 60 minute period; nor can they mug the same player twice, within any 60 minute period. Players may only mug other players in a realistic manner, for example mugging someone in the middle of a street is not realistic, muggings should only take place in locations which are out of the view of the public.

5.2 Forced Withdrawals - In order to help preserve gameplay, players may not attempt to force other players to withdraw funds from an ATM machine/transfer funds from the mobile banking application from their phone. In addition, players may not force other players to withdraw items from their storage boxes/trunks.

3.24 In and out of character - Don't bring out of character situations in character, for example screaming "RDM" when being shot at.

You couldn't of mugged in a more public area, you even told him to "Withdraw" which most of us assumed you meant withdraw from his bank account. 3.24 since you told him the rules in-character, just press U or type /looc not that difficult. You didn't even fill out his steam name / steamID, if you don't know how to get a SteamID then type "status" into console.

You are the one who should be banned for breaking rules 3.24, 5.1 and 5.2.

Firstly, why would you attempt to mug someone in such an area? It's public and breaking 5.1 and 6.3. Secondly -as many have stated- you broke 3.24 by saying that he broke 3.4 IC'ly which then would also be breaking the Roleplay.

You need to upload a demo of the incident, not a picture.

I'm really confused with this ban request, it shows you mugging him in a public place, asking him to withdraw his money from an ATM? If this ban request is not a joke, I'm ashamed that a player with such ingame time as you has broke these clear rules.
Like ash said, you also need a demo of the incident, as that could be anything happening there.

Yep.. You've broken more rules than him, sure he broke 3.4 but you need to upload the demo, go into your garrysmod/demos folder and locate the date and time of the incident, then play throughout the demo to where the incident is, and take note of the tick rate, upload it here with the tick rate so the staff can see it, because you deserve a higher punishment than him.

Even if you decided to break the rules that does not mean that they're allowed to break them themselves. The person violated 3.4 and you also decided to violate 3.4 and 5.1. You will be reciving a warning for this. However the person will not be reciving any warning as you did not give us a steamid nor steam name.
