you cannot pick up items that you placed for sale as a gov't employee

Type of bug: [map/lua/content/website/model]

Description of the bug: if you place any item for sale as a government employee (medic, cop, rc), you wont be able to pick it up!

How to reproduce the bug:
-go as any job like medic
-place a cone or anything for sale
-press e on it
-press 'pick up'

Time stamp(s): all the time!

this is most likely an intended feature, to avoid government employees from picking up any of the many items they shouldn't have as a government official, and was merely applied to picking up all items for sale, rather than the specific items they shouldn't be able to pick up, like magazines/ammo, weapons, any other illegal items, etc.

and if that is the case, making a suggestion to allow government employees to pick up certain items like the cones you mentioned, may be more appropriate.
