Why should this appeal be considered?: So there's a lot of context missing here. After stealing the car from the bazaar I take a right out and head back towards city hall, on my way back, car alarm blaring, a couple of cops had formed a barricade for matters I assume unrelated to me and there was a gap that other cars were going through, I cut one of the cars off and squeeze through the gap, a couple of seconds later cops are following me. I get shot at while in the car, not sure if by cops or an angry person that may have gotten their car stolen, anyways Im speeding because I dont want to die or go to jail, COP pits me while im going fast asf and I swerve, hit a wall and car is done for. This is definitely not against 3.15 thanks for reading.
Additional Information: Shoutout Kevko hes actually a pretty cool guy, I understand he couldn't get in contact with me recently but tbh I don't accept random requests on steam and this is my first time on the forum. Also, maybe there could be a way to ticket car thieves that damage the vehicle when they are apprehended by police, and the money go to the owner of the vehicle?
