Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User attempted to punch an officer who was gunpointing them, failing to comply with their orders. This caused the officer to shoot and kill them.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Due to taking two months off (which is still no excuse) my knowledge of the rules lacked a bit.. I only realised I messed up 2 minutes after I got killed and instantly regretted it.. a day after my ban I re sat through and read not only 3.4 but the other rules.. I would like to apologies to not only megasaw but the officer that I had 3.4d it will not happen again.. I know my history is not amazing by any means but after my second to last ban I have tried to better my roleplay and my character into a more civil life by taking him into the path of not only law enforcement but a group called northern mafia which helps new players understand the city more… thank you to anyone who takes time out of there day to read my apology.
