Jyrgen (Boris Lagunov)

@Jyrgen aka Boris Lagunov is many things. Morally questionable, a terrible liar, a ruthless (though admittedly efficient) mayor, terrifyingly chaotic, and legally dubious. But he is also a great friend, and always so much fun to RP with. Even if it often involves an almost unfathomable amount of collateral damage. Oh, pretty good at doing models and shit too I guess.

Definitely not being forced to say this in order to keep my job.

There is something severely wrong with Boris but yes I agree he is a good fella
