Suggestion Description: Reduce the volume of the ringer and dial tone when you call someone

Why should this be added?:
- Not deafened every time you call someone

What negatives could this have?:
- There are no negatives

I thought I was the only one who noticed how loud this is. This definitely needs to be reduced, I have tinnitus and it really aggrevates it
