I play World of Tanks to just relax. Turn the in-game sound off for better effect
Personally, mine is rocket league it's just the continuous practice that you do. Its not a try hard game, and you see yourself progress from a noob to a decent player. It takes a while to master the perfect airiel hits etc.
there is also a pretty decent trading system aswell. I can hook you up with some good shit if needed.

runescape and just flip items in G.E all day, was great time talking to random people while flipping
Surf server and other mini games are also awesome at times

Plus stardew valley multiplayer is coming out soon and is currently in beta
Sea of Thieves, sail down the waters on your own when searching gold.
Euro Truck Simulator 2, just avoid Multiplayer.

Mulitplayer is the best
The Forest with friends. Me, @atomic_wizard, @Jonah and @Logan Finch spent 1 hour 40 minutes sending ourselves down hills in turtle shells.
