Suggestion Title: Playing mobile games while dead
Suggestion Description: Allow players to access their phones to play games while dead (only games of course) and in jail (@Jack Bruhross)

Why should this be added?:
- Fun
- Something to do on black screen
- Less incentive to cry in OOC
- Engages people to stay on and not go afk in case they get revived (@TaliaKuznetsova)

What negatives could this have?:
- Ruining immersion (Weirdo @Dank)

I Like this idea but you would have to make sure that the apps like teamspeak and stuff like that are blocked whilst the player is dead to avoid any form of meta!

I agree and this would be nice. It also keeps people engaged incase they get revived. Alot of people go afk when they die due to the long waiting time and uncertainty of being revived. So once they're alive they just stand there until they check and realize "oh hey". Adding a way to keep them engaged would mean they would still be tabbed in.
