Since the very day I was up until today I keep on seeing people saying that the server is crashing almost everyday and I'm curious if anyone knows why it keeps happening.

fredy should pay someone to design a heavy duty chair so A1L can stop sitting on the server and lagging it.
The server can't handle 128 people since we've chosen the quantity over the quality route.

Other game's server hosts: Can have hundreds of players on a server at once
Gmod server hosts: Can barely function with 90 people on.

We are aware that there have been some performance and stability issues recently, and are continuing to look into what is causing these problems in the hope that we can get it sorted as soon as possible.

i would disagree because for the week after this update that i was unbanned it didnt crash once
Is because when A1L he takes of most of the capacity of the server it begins to crash. When he is offline you may join!
Honestly bazaar shops are probably to blame for half of the lag
