Why should this player be punished?: I was a cop, I wanted to give them a small ticket for the drugs in their house, and when I was about to put him in cuffs, he pulled out a pistol and shot me

( involved ) I was also shot by him, I had told the new cops that yes they can ticket him for the drugs as hes the owner and I doubt the raiders bring the drugs as the owner was saying, he cuffed them to make a ticket and muhammed reacted by opening fire on us

all i remember was coming back to base and the cops trying to handcuff me when i see we got busted, i wasn't being gun pointed or anything but yeah i wanted to avoid charges so i shot the 1 cop and then tried to tell Helga hands up but she did not comply and shot me

it was not me who killed you? i was killed by you, and how you going hold me at gunpoint with 4-5 officers in there after you just shot a cop and i also drew my gun the moment you shot him but you got me alot faster than i could react, you was outnumbered, and you chose to shoot at us, over a ticket you was not even getting yourself, the only person being ticketed was the property owner, we would of all been on our way otherwise

i can agree you gunpointed me but i was already well in the process of drawing my gun upto you, after you shot an officer, so with with my gun already unholstered i can defend myself and i believe you was in no position to gunpoint me anyway as i said you was outnumbered 5 to 1 and 3 to 1 after you shot 2 cops, so gunpointing me would have only ended in your death, over a ticket that wasnt yours

I was already drawn and regardless you was outnumbered show me evidence to what your claiming? I wasn't even the one who killed you which proves you was highly outnumbered and could not reasonably have held me at gunpoint your buddy was cuffed cant help.

The situation was escalated by you not me and no there wasnt 2 of us in the building I saw at least 4 including me

It was going to be a ticket, I said that loud and clear, even if you would go to jail for it it's not a valid reason to kill an officer.

@rdc You will be banned as a result of this AR for 2 days. You risked your life and/or a long jail sentence, over you getting ticketed/arrested for a maximum of 4 years (law 8.3), where the rule 3.4 allows you to shoot at cops when you face a long jail sentence typically longer than 7 years. You were also not preventing the detection of drug production, as the drugs were already confiscated.

On the other hand, it's on you to know, what are you being arrested for, and you should know for how long. The cops don't really have to tell you why are you getting arrested at all, as you will recieve a ticket with the laws listed.
