Suggestion Description: Make the observation report text entry boxes bigger to support larger paragraphs, as that is what is required.

Do you mean a higher char count, or make the physical boxes bigger?
If it is the latter the boxes should let you keep entering text when you hit their limit and add a scroll bar so its not limiting your word count

Bigger boxes, the current ones only span about 2 sentences which means you have to scroll to partial sections of the report - expanding the boxes in either the horizontal or vertical direction (perhaps based on window scale/resolution) would solve this, as that is what is required

Coming from someone who tends to write rather long observation reports the small box is very annoying, as it doesn't allow to look at the whole text at once, requiring scrolling (which is also not too user experience friendly in a small box). Previous plpd had the possiblity of manually extending text box size, it would be nice to see similar possibility here.
