Suggestion Title: Visual Injury
Suggestion Description: Make it so that at least the character has blood all over their body or some other form of indicator to EMS that when they are severely injured or not fully healthy. Additionally, there could be alternative groaning sounds that produce uncontrollably from injured players at random when they are majorly injured or more as they move. This sound should be clearly distinguished from moaning as to not confuse it with a downed body for obvious reasons.

Why should this be added?:
- Help EMS decide who needs first aid
- Remind EMS to heal people they just revived instead of just leaving everybody in critical condition after cashing XP
- Improve the gameplay of combat by giving a visual and audible feedback to injuring an opponent.

What negatives could this have?:
- May be hard to code?
- Probably not a priority

What problem would this suggestion solve?: EMS are not able to do their job as efficiently because they can't tell who needs treatment like someone realistically should be able to do just by looking at someone even without a first aid kit in hand.
 
The only problem I see here is that this would benefit raiders, not only for recently hurt or damaged victims.
When it comes to sounds produced by your character to know where you are and knowing if the defender is low are all factors during a raid.
Great idea but very short sighted.

Naturally if you’re hurt you are punished by being slowed, bled and such. Seems to me like the playing field is equal. Defenders, police or raiders are able to capitalize here on the information. If you aren’t majorly injured you don’t suffer the consequences of your blunders.

Can you elaborate how it’s short sighted?
 
id like to see something like this. Often EMS dont see the chat when someone asks for help via chat, a visual indicator would be good +1

Floorbang/wallbang heaven for those with lots of ammo.
It would make it easier to kill any defenders this way, you can't do much if you're a defender cause you have to let them push or get flankers.
I can tell you only the visual thing could be added, moaning while hurt and not unconscious will probably get denied.
 
i definitely think adding a visual effect would be a great idea! i play ems relatively often and this would definitely be useful.

however i do have to agree that a sound effect for injured people would benefit raiders by giving away defenders locations
 
Personally I would say sound would change the way players act in shootouts and would say sound change wise its a negative. However the visual changes seems like a good idea: Someone with a broken leg limping or even like you said blood all over them after they were shot.
 
Thanks for everyone's constructive feedback. I understand the reasons against the sound part, while I personally still believe a sound feedback from sprinting / jumping while only majorly injured or worse is a balanced feature, I can clearly see that being beneficial to raiders or police when attacking an apartment. I can continue to point to the fact police can also use that to their advantage when countering raids just as good or when raiding a property. This doesn’t help criminals only, it simply punishes defenders who have neglected preparing heals and avoiding being severely injured.
