Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi there,

I want to start by apologising for driving into the active shootout. It was a mistake on my part, and I take full responsibility for not being more aware of the situation before entering the area. At the time, I was focused on completing the delivery as a courier, and with shootouts becoming such a regular occurrence in the city lately, it honestly didn’t register right away what I was driving into.

I also want to clarify that I didn’t run anyone over. As the clip shows, I was already parked when the incident happened. It was the driver of the green car who ran the individual over and then had to deactivate his vehicle. I had no involvement in causing the player's death, and I genuinely hope that can be seen from the footage.

I understand that my actions still contributed to a chaotic situation, and for that, I’m truly sorry. However, I did notice that others who received bans for similar reasons were only given 12 hours, while mine was 3 days. I’m not trying to shift blame, but I do feel the punishment I received was a bit harsh given the context.

I’m more than willing to accept a warning or a shorter ban if you feel that’s more appropriate, but I wanted to at least express my side of the situation and apologise sincerely for any disruption I caused. I’ll be more cautious in the future to avoid anything like this happening again.

You were not banned for attempting to run anyone over, and that is not what it says in your ban reason. I'm guessing you got that idea from having read the AR on Monkey7510, however he is an entirely different person & not you..

Now for final clarifications, do you wish to continue with a ban dispute arguing against the bans validity, or are you looking to possibly have the ban reduced through a ban apology? If you do believe the ban length is excessive/unfair, then create a staff complaint on me. You cannot dispute the length of a ban.

Apologies for the confusion — I misunderstood the reason for the ban. I originally thought it was not only for being present but also for running someone over. I’ll be honest, I’m 16 and didn’t fully grasp the situation at the time. I do sincerely apologize for running into the shootout while playing as a courier. I already expressed this in my first post, and that part hasn’t changed — I’m still genuinely sorry for it.

@Headline mentioned I need to make an apology if I want to be considered for a reduced ban, so here it is. I’d also like to be considered for a reduced ban, as this is the first time I’ve ever been banned. I’m also a bit confused as to why I received a 3-day ban while someone else involved got 12 hours . If there’s any clarity on that, I’d appreciate it.

You have a record for 3.4, they don't. And they also disconnected unconscious, in violation of rule 3.20.

Seeing as this is your fourth 3.4 punishment in the last 30 days, I'd recommend you wait this ban out fully & take some time off to read up on the rules, 3.4 specifically as you're getting in a lot of trouble for this one specific rule.
