Why were you punished?: 1.6 3.18- User had stored a firearm when it was not safe for them to do so, as flankers had begin flanking the raid, then when asked to give the weapons back, they attempted to give me an AK with nothing on it, in an attempt to save the actual AK that they had gotten from this incident.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I didn't take the gun when I was in a dangerous situation and the reason I gave it to him without anything on it is because I have more than 10 AK-47s in my warehouse and I manufacture them myself. The little attachment on it is of no use to me. When he asked for the gun back, I took one from my warehouse and gave it to him and he thought I was trying to fool him.

First of all, we killed the raiders and then the police arrived. We handed the weapons over to the police. However, when the flankers showed up, all the police left to engage them and ended up getting killed. The flankers continued the raid, and during that time, we took the weapons from the area. We don't believe this is a rule break since all the police officers were already dead.
Also, when you asked for the weapon back, we returned it. If you check my friend's warehouse, you'll see he has more than 10 AK-47s he gave you one of those. Later, he couldn’t really understand what you were saying because he was having a technical issue.
Banning someone over a $5,000 attachment doesn’t seem fair to us we think you should really consider that.

The raid was still on-going when you stored the guns & it was never safe to store, you assuming all cops were dead doesn't make it any more right as the raiders could simply continue the raid at any moment after having killed cops without it counting as a new raid.

For the 1.6 part, you having "more" than 10 AKs doesn't really matter as you could simply just scroll down a few rows of AKs to find the correct AK or one with the same exact attachments, it was that simple.

The ban is perfectly legitimate & will remain in place.
