Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user pulled out a weapon while being gunpointed, resulting in his death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: This was a genuine mistake of pulling the gun out, i went to use my keybind for surrender which is close to my gun keybind, slowing the video down you can see there was only 1.8 seconds of reaction time, using youtubes speed at 0.25 you can see in the last couple of frames before i was shot that i was going into surrender (Stiff character and no gun) you can also see this i never attempted or took a shot, i stepped side to side to avoid being shot as i realised i pulled my gun out while trying to surrender but never intended to use or pull the gun out, i have followed the rules very cearfully as you can see by my warnings which is only a single 3.4 even sometimes reaching out to admins to check on further rules to be completely clued up, again this was a genuine mistake.

Additional Information: My pc isn't strong enough to handle recording software so i don't have my side of thing's but if you're able to do so i would appreciate if you could request the DEMO file if this will help give you a review of my side.

This is why i didn't shoot i ran side to side as you took a few shot which from the video looks like a mistake which i can see, i did indeed go to surrender and as i saw my gun come out i ran side to side to avoid being shot this is not arguable i agree there but the intention wasn't to shoot you as you can see in the final moments i stand still this is when i managed to hit the surrender keybind which is why i stop dead in my tracks, i never raised or shot the gun as that was never the intention my keybinds for my Gun and surrender are close which i am indeed going to correct so this mistake doesn't happen again

It was an accident that i clicked my my gun keybind instead of the surrender, the timing is i was shot 1.8 seconds after my gun comes out and only in the last 2 frames do you see my character IDLE this is when i hit my surrender keybind so the reaction time wasn't there to be able to fully see i did indeed click surrender, this is a mixture of a mistake (Wrong key clicked) and reaction time 1.8 seconds for me to correct the mistake and have my surender animation start
