Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User had shot another player who was shooting at the police - failed to respond to AR even after being notified in-game and them saying they'd respond

Why should this appeal be considered?: So i have no idea what is going on with this ban, i dont recall ever shooting anyone today and yesterday that was shooting at the cops, i havent recived an admin sit for this situation, in all honestly this has to be incorrect info, yesterday i had shot ppl. But none were shooting at cops, and most ppl who i shot were shooting at me, and again i had no admin sit for this. I dont even understand the punishment description tbh

Additional Information: again if u guys have a clip of this i whould like to see it cuz again i have not shot anyone who was shooting at cops, nor have i said that i whould respond to some "admin sit"

So i was in bazaar chilling for about an hour and more than 2 ppl had tried to kill me. Then in this clip u cant hear it but just seconds ago there was a massive shootout so i decide to near a bazaar shop to not get hit when this guy pulls out an ar for no reason and aimed it at a group of ppl including me ( and since i had been shot by 2 ppl alr i thought he was trying to get payback for his buddy since his buddy tried to kill me but he failed) So thats why i pulled out my gun and shot him. also noting that he almost hit me when shooting the cop, but then his buddy came over who knew me and said that he wasn't trying to kill me, so i told him i apologize and i whould pay for his gun. And he understood why i shot him

In the clip you can clearly see you standing there watching him kill the cop and not you so why did you think he tried to kill you when he started to kill the cop

If u slow the clip u can see the first person hes aiming at is me and the cop, if u continue the clip u can see me turning completely to the right to hide in the bazar shop to pull out my gun (also u can see him ALMOST hitting me with a bullet in the clip) and then u see him kill the cop but i was alr aiming my gun at him (i also thought he had killed the cop due to him shooting and the cop will obviously shoot at him) so 1: he aimed his gun at me 2 times) 2: he almost hit me multiple times

My question here is tho, if you hear shots around bazaar area, why are you running about like a headless chicken? And then somehow think you can join in because you were accidentally shot because of your own idiocy?

well if u could read what i said on the 3rd response there was a shootout but it had stopped for a bit and ppl were scatterd around the shops so it was hard to get in to one of the shops in the back. But since the shootout had stopped i was going to my car when this guy pulls his AR out and aims at me. how is it my problem that the mf aimed at me 2 times and nearly shot me multiple times. So, i dint join the fight just bc i felt like it, clearly i thought he was gonna kill me, it dosent take a fckn genius to figure that out

It doesn't take a genius to work out that when you hear shots, you run away or hide which you didn't do so you were hit in the crossfire which is your own fault.
To be quite honest with you, you're extremely lucky to have only got a 3 day ban for this, considering your horrendous record for 3.4. If it was me you would've got at least 2 weeks seeing as you can't learn the basic concept of not risking your life.
